Linworth Children's Center offers two part day classes for ages 2 through 4. All of our teachers have their degrees in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field. The teachers of LCC help children achieve emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and physical growth by engaging them in a variety of child-centered activities, including individual and group reading, arts and crafts, sensory activities, music and movement, and gross motor play. LCC offers small class sizes, below state requirements. This allows our teachers to give each student more individualized attention. Your child does not need to be potty trained in order to attend part day programs at LCC.
The two year old Ladybug class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am-12pm. This class is often the first stepping stone in introducing your child to preschool. They will start to develop emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and physical skills by engaging them in a variety of child-centered activities, including individual and group reading, arts and crafts, sensory activities, music and movement, and gross motor play.
The three year old Koala class meets Tuesdays/Thursdays or Mondays/Wednesday with an option to come 4 days a week. This class is the next stepping stone in your child's preschool journey. With more focus on skills that help to develop those emotional, intellectual and physical skills. Engaging in center activities, arts and crafts, sensory activities while encouraging working on fine and gross motor skills.
